Healthy habits

I want to tell you a story before we get started.





Let´s be healthy, but how?
Well, that´s a good question and I have some good ideas for you.
Germs, germs germs let´s get rid of them! 

All you need is soap and water. That´s easy, isn´t it?
Now don´t forget that Healthy food helps to.

What is a healthy food?
healthy food gives you energy,
                                    helps you grow,
                                               and keeps you strong.


Can you tell me which are the healthy food?


That was cool!!!

Now......What keeps you healthy?

My body is healthy because I eat healthy food.
My body is healthy because I do exercise.
My body is healthy because I drink water.
My body is healthy because I sleep.
My body is healthy because I washing my hands.
And my body is healthy because I visit the doctor.


Food, food, food. 
Did you know that food has groups?
How many food groups are there?
There are five food groups

Grains, for example rice.
          Vegetables and fruit, for example apple.
                    Dairies, for example milk
                                   Meat, for example chicken
                                           Fats, for example chocolate.

I can say "Yummy, yummy for my tummy!

Food has so many colors but....
Where does food come from?
Food comes from animals, for example chicken.
              Food comes from plants, for example banana.
